Shipping
All products are shipped F.O.B. City, State U.P.S. unless otherwise specified.
Most orders are processed within 10 business days plus shipping, and many times the order will be shipped within 5 business days. The cost for shipping is based on size and weight of product. Minimum shipping is $5.95 for the first item and $8.92 for second item.
Please note: we are unable to ship outside the contiguous U.S. or to APO's or FPO's because of extreme delays in shipping times.
In cases of multiple orders, some products may be shipped separately.
Trouble Ordering
If the shopping cart is not tallying your order, this is often caused when the computer you are using has a firewall in place. This is common with orders from business computers. We track orders from a "cookie" and/or an "IP" address.
Firewalls prevent the shopping basket from detecting the items that you have placed in the shopping cart. To remedy this, please use a different computer. The billing address must match the billing address on your credit card.
This is done for security puposes. If you receive a duplicate order message, you will need to close down your browser and start again. You will not be double charged.
Refund/Return Policy
All of our products have a 30-day refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that that arise from our errors. All merchandise must be returned in original saleable condition. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted. Items that have been washed cannot be returned. This policy does not apply to all items. Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, all custom orders or if it is indicated in the product description are not returnable
Please call our offices at 913-897-1003 or email us at cs@blanketwarehouse.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. All items must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
Merchandise returned after 30 days or sent to the wrong location will be subject to a restocking fee.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Blanketwarehouse.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Blanketwaehouse.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Blanketwarehouse.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.
